Patardo Naibaho is a partner as well as a co-founder of HYN & Co law firm. He is a licensed advocate and member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Patardo has assisted various matters including but not limited to criminal litigation, corporate criminal litigation, restructuring & insolvency, general corporate, capital market. He also frequently advises both domestic and international clients on day-to-day legal needs which are related to their business activities in Indonesia.
Patardo went to Universitas Diponegoro, majoring in criminal law and has obtained his Master Degree from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Business Law.
Pranata Rahajie Putranto, S.H., M.H.
Pranata is a young lawyer licensed by PERADI, who graduated from Master of Law, University of Indonesia. Previously he studied at the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Indonesia. He focused on the Commercial law, Corporate Law, Capital Markets, Money Markets and Commercial Litigation, and Derivative Transactions.
M. Mishbahuddin, S.H., M.H
Mishbah is a young lawyer licensed by
PERADI, who graduated from Master of
Law, University of Indonesia. Previously he
studied at the Faculty of Law, Islamic
University of Indonesia. He focused on the
Commercial law, Corporate Law, Capital
Markets, Suspension of Payment Law, and
Bankruptcy Law.
